1. Fill the container with warm water and a teaspoon of salt.

3. Insert the spout of the Neti Pot into one nostril, bend the head to the opposite side.
4. Flow the water and wait for it to flow out the other nostril. During this stage breathe through your mouth.
5. Proceed in the same way with the other nostril.
6. Blowing your nose.
To clean the Neti Pot after use, simply wash it with boiling water.
