By when can it be exercised?

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 30 days. The time period begins when the customer receives the good.

How to exercise it?

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the seller of his decision within 30 days, by means of any communication that is suitable for expressly expressing the decision. Communications by e-mail and telephone are valid.

Upon receipt of the communication, the seller is required to confirm receipt without delay, providing the consumer with confirmation of receipt of the communication on a durable medium. The withdrawal frees the customer from the contractual obligations assumed. The customer is required to return the goods (if requested by the Seller) and the seller is required to reimburse the payment received. The consumer is obliged to return the goods received (if requested by the Seller), without undue delay and within 14 days from the date on which he communicated to the seller his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
